Responding to customer requests, we have finally added chilled ramen to our menu again this year!

The chewy thick noodles, delivered directly from Morioka, offer a satisfying bite with every chew.

These noodles are complemented by our standard light soup, full of the delicious flavors of Japanese beef bone and domestically sourced vegetables, combined with domestic kelp water to create a richly flavored double soup. Take one bite, and a whole new world will open up for you 😋
